Masterpiece is hiring a Graphic Designer with photography and video skills to join our marketing team. You’ll work in our in-house studio to create visuals and short-form videos for our product lines (Epoxy Resin, candle-making, Master Terrazzo, fragrances, and more).

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit product photos.
• Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Stories: unboxings, tutorials, quick tips).
• Design marketing assets: posts, banners, stickers, packaging/labels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative ideas and campaigns.
• Use AI tools to support design and content creation.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visuals.

Requirements

• ~1 year of experience in design, photography, or related field.
• Skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Hands-on skills with cameras, lighting, and product styling.
• Basic video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Curiosity to explore and learn AI tools for design and content creation.
• Creativity, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
• Positive team player.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with social media (Instagram, TikTok).
• Motion graphics basics (After Effects).
• Background in arts, crafts, or handmade products.
• Understanding of e-commerce photography standards.
