Position Overview:
We are looking for a Showroom Sales Specialist to join our team in Ramallah. The ideal candidate will engage directly with customers, provide expert product guidance, and ensure a smooth and professional sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Greet and assist customers in the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide accurate information about product features, usage, and application.
Recommend suitable alternatives based on customer needs and preferences.
Handle daily sales transactions using the POS system.
Ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for every customer.
Support marketing activities and product displays when needed.
Address customer inquiries or simple complaints with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or somthing related.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, confident, and well-presented.
- Computer and system proficiency.
- Knowledge or interest in creative materials or handmade products is preferred.
